What this site collects
- No cookies are set by us, and no first-party or third-party analytics run here.
- There are no forms, sign-ups or accounts on this site.
- No fonts, scripts or images are loaded from third-party servers — everything is served from our own domain.
Server and network logs
Our web server and our network provider (Cloudflare, which sits in front of this domain) record standard technical information for every request: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser user agent and response status. These logs exist to keep the site available and to investigate abuse or attacks. We do not use them to build profiles or to track you across sites, and we do not combine them with any other data.
If you contact us
When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, contact details and a description of your enquiry. We use it only to reply and to carry out work you engage us for. Where an enquiry becomes a matter handled by our partner law firm or a registered agent, the information you provide is shared with them so the work can be done, and their own professional obligations apply to it.
How long we keep things
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the working relationship, and longer where record-keeping or Nepali tax and company law requires it. Server logs rotate on a short cycle.
Our other products
IP Sewa is a separate product with accounts, filings and its own privacy terms. Nothing in this notice covers IP Sewa — read the policy published there.
Your requests
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. If a legal or record-keeping duty prevents us from deleting something, we will tell you which one.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
