Terms of use
We are a technology company, nothing here is legal advice, and reading this site does not make us your lawyers.
Who we are, and what we are not
Lawyers Nepal Platform Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited technology company registered in Nepal, at Anamnagar-29, Kathmandu, Nepal. We build and operate software. We are not a law firm and we do not practise law. Legal advice and representation, including filings made through our products, are delivered by licensed lawyers and registered agents who carry their own professional duties.
No legal advice, no lawyer-client relationship
Everything on this site is general information about our company and products. It is not legal advice, cannot be relied on as advice about your situation, and does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and us or between you and any firm we work with. For advice about a specific matter, speak to a licensed lawyer.
Accuracy
We take care that the figures and descriptions on this site are correct at the time of publication, including counts drawn from Nepal's Industrial Property Bulletin. Registry data changes constantly, law changes, and products change. We give no warranty that this site is complete, current or error-free, and searches or examples shown here are illustrative rather than a clearance opinion.
Our products and services
Using our products, or engaging us for development or consulting work, is governed by the separate terms and the written scope agreed for that product or engagement. Where those terms conflict with this page, they prevail. Fees, timelines and scope are what we set out in writing to you, not what this site implies.
Content and marks
The text, layout, code, logo and brand names on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, link to and quote the site with attribution. Do not copy the site wholesale, reuse our logo or brand names as your own, or present our material as yours. Third-party marks shown as examples belong to their respective owners.
Links out
We link to other sites, including ipsewa.com and government offices. We do not control sites we do not run, and linking to one is not an endorsement of everything on it.
Availability and liability
This site is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nepali law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Kathmandu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
